Srivakula Gov Affairs

Data protection rules at Srivakula Gov Affairs

Update: February 2025

What we know about you and why we need this data?

We only collect information that you provide to us through the contact form or during a conversation about an audit. We usually limit ourselves to your first name, last name, and business e-mail address. We need these details so that Tomasz Mazur or another analyst from our 14-person team can call you back with a specific proposal. Our average response time to an inquiry is 110 minutes, so we must have a current contact channel at hand.

We do not collect data just in case and we do not create complicated marketing profiles. We have been operating in Warsaw since September 2016 and since then we have served 427 IT companies, taking care of their confidentiality as much as their code. Your data will not go to any external database traders. We use them exclusively to check your legal situation and prepare a reliable offer for support with a tender or monitoring of regulations. We check facts, not assumptions, so we only keep what is necessary for reliable cooperation.

Cookies and technology on the site

Our site uses cookies. These are small text files that help us understand whether our analyses – for example, those about NIS2 or IP Box reliefs – are useful for you. Thanks to them, we know that content about AI certification was read by 94.6% of visitors in December 2024. This allows us to adjust the blog's subject matter to the real problems software houses in Poland face.

We use standard analytical tools that show us the traffic on the site but do not track your every step on the web. If you do not want cookies to be saved on your device, you can disable them at any time in your browser settings. The site will continue to work, although without them we will not remember your preferences on your next visit. We speak plainly about difficult regulations, so here too we don't beat around the bush: cookies serve us exclusively to improve the quality of educational materials we publish for the IT sector.

Your rights and contact for data matters

In accordance with the GDPR, you have the full right to see what we have recorded about you. You can write to us at info@srivakula.com requesting correction of data, their transfer, or total removal from our systems. If we finish cooperation on an e-health project and you don't want to receive our reports, just let us know. We will clear your data within a few business days, keeping only those documents required by Polish tax law.

(Heads-up: invoices and contracts must be kept for the period required by the tax office, but we do not use them for marketing purposes). Your IT, our paperwork – this slogan also applies to information security. We achieved our 97.3% effectiveness in KIO through reliability and discretion. If you have any doubts about how we process data, Tomasz Mazur will be happy to answer your questions during a short phone conversation. We do not use complicated jargon because we value your time and concrete communication.
