Srivakula Gov Affairs

Rules for cooperation with Srivakula Gov Affairs

Update: February 17, 2025

1

General rules and who is in charge here

These terms are a simple agreement between us. Srivakula Gov Affairs is a company from Warsaw, operating at al. Jerozolimskie 81 since September 2016. We help IT companies talk to offices without unnecessary stress. By using this site or ordering an audit from us, you agree to these rules. We don't use legal doubletalk here because we respect your time and concrete work. If you run a software house or build a SaaS, these rules are tailored to your needs.

We operate in Poland and are subject to local law. Our team consists of 14 analysts and each of them makes sure you don't get a fine from UKE or another office. Remember that we are not a state body. We are your substantive support in B2G relations. (Heads-up: officials rarely read emails after 3:30 PM, so we usually end the fight with bureaucracy then too, unless a crisis is underway). If something is unclear, call us at +48 22 344 55 66. Tomasz or someone from the office will explain everything in two minutes without fluff.

2

How we work and what we want from you

We have a clear operational model: Your IT, our paperwork. When you send us an inquiry about a tender or a NIS2 audit, an analyst will contact you within 110 minutes. This is our hard rule that we have stuck to for years. For us to effectively help, you must provide us with true data about your system. If technical documentation deviates from the truth, we will not save you from KIO or a tax inspection. Most projects, like a GR Intervention, are carried out in short sprints lasting 48 business hours.

This is an intense time that requires your availability. We do not take every case that comes to us. If after preliminary analysis we see that your product violates regulations, we will tell you straight to your face. Honestly, we prefer to refuse an assignment than to promise results that cannot be delivered at the office. It is your duty to provide a full set of documents on time. We handle the rest: we check facts and write responses that the official will understand immediately, without asking for additional explanations.

3

Cash, invoices, and punctuality

You won't find hidden costs or fine print in the contract with us. The result of our work is visible in the documents, not in colorful presentations. If you order a GR Intervention, you pay 5,430 PLN net for a specific letter or analysis. A strategic retainer costs 11,200 PLN per month and gives you constant access to the knowledge of our analysts. We usually issue invoices after completing a specific stage of work. The standard payment term is 7 days from the issuance of the document. We check facts, so we know that in IT, liquidity counts.

If you are more than 14 days late with a transfer, we suspend legislative monitoring for your company until the arrears are settled. Our prices are fixed unless the tender project is exceptionally complex – then we provide a quote before the start of work so you know where you stand. We are not the cheapest in Warsaw, but our 97.3% effectiveness in KIO shows it's worth trusting us. You pay for specific peace of mind and the security of your code against official interpretation of regulations.

4

Responsibility and what we guarantee

We guarantee that our analysis is consistent with the law in force on the day of its issuance. However, Polish regulations can change almost from day to day. Therefore, our ongoing monitoring works 24/7. We are not responsible for the fact that an official, despite the delivery of great documentation, has a worse day, but we know how to straighten such a situation out in the appeal mode. Since September 2016, we have pulled clients out of trouble to a total amount of 4.7 million PLN. This is real money that stayed in the pockets of software houses instead of ending up in the budget as fines.

Our financial responsibility is limited to the amount of the remuneration you paid us for the given project. This is a fair arrangement that we apply to all 427 companies we have served. We are not responsible for errors in your code that you did not tell us about during the audit. We are a bridge between technology and law, and not your quality control department. If you act according to our recommendations, the chance of your offer being rejected in a public tender drops by 89.2%.
